Head of Field Service FACTS

Your area of responsibility

As Head of Field Service FACTS you will strategically and operationally lead an international assembly team for FACTS projects. You ensure safe, efficient and high-quality installations on construction sites worldwide and drive continuous-improvement and digitalization initiatives.

Your responsibilities

• Overall accountability for safety, quality and schedule adherence of all FACTS installation activities; act as electrically qualified person (vEFK)
• Ensure compliance with contractual and EQS requirements as well as international standards
• Work closely with engineering and project management to develop efficient installation strategies
• Standardize and optimize assembly processes, introduce digital tools and AI-supported solutions
• Represent the department in cross-functional committees
• Build, recruit and develop construction managers, supervisors and specialist foremen

Your profile

• Degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in international plant construction/EPC, preferably in the energy sector
• Proven project-management expertise incl. contract and risk management
• Strong communication, networking and stakeholder-management skills
• High awareness of safety, quality and continuous improvement
• Negotiation-level German and very good English; willingness to travel worldwide
