4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2 years: Retail Merchant (requirement: A-levels / sixth-form college)
• In-depth organic know-how, farm placements, customer advice, sales, freshness checks, ordering, inventory, marketing
• 1 year: Retail Management qualification with early leadership responsibility
• Additional certificate „Organic Food Specialist“ and AEVO trainer licence in year 3
