Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year

Monthly training allowance (gross, minimum):

• Year 1: €1,290
• Year 2: €1,420
• From year 3: regular employee salary
• Christmas & holiday bonus from year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Sales Clerk (requirement: advanced school certificate)
  • Practical experience on organic farm or in organic production
  • In-depth product & range knowledge
  • Sales tasks: stocking, presentation, freshness checks, checkout, advice
  • Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff scheduling
• 1-year advanced training as Retail Management Specialist with early leadership responsibility
• Additional certificate "Organic Food Retail"
• Trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO)
