Training allowance (monthly gross, minimum):

• Year 1: €1,290
• Year 2: €1,420
• Year 3: regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Clerk (req. technical diploma)
  • Theatre workshop „Adventure Culture“
  • Practical stint on organic farm or production site
  • In-depth product & range expertise
  • Sales: shelving, freshness checks, checkout, advice
  • Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff planning
• 1-year further training as Retail Management Specialist
  • Early leadership responsibility
• Add-on qualification „Organic Food Retail“ (year 3)
• Instructor aptitude certificate AEVO (year 3)
