Location: Cologne (Neusser Str. 264, Berrenrather Str. 240, Goltsteinstr. 91, Aachener Str. 1141, Severinstr. 35-37, Venloer Str. 301-303, Neumarkt 41+43, Venloer Str. 47-53)
Hours: 37.5 h/week, full-time
Holiday: 36 days per year

Salary (varies by federal state, minimum):

• Year 1: €1,290/month
• Year 2: €1,420/month
• Year 3 onward: regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from Year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant (min. A-level equivalent)
• “Adventure Culture” theatre workshop
• Practical experience on organic farm or production site
• In-depth knowledge of organic products & Alnatura range
• Classic retail tasks: stocking, presentation, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management tasks: ordering, inventory, promotions, staff scheduling
• 1-year further training to become Certified Retail Specialist with early leadership responsibility
• Plus: additional qualification “Organic Food Retail” (Year 3)
• Plus: trainer aptitude certificate AEVO (Year 3)
