• Year 1: € 1,290/month
• Year 2: € 1,420/month
• From year 3: regular employee salary

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Merchant (entry requirement: A-levels or equivalent)
  • „Adventure Culture“ theatre workshop
  • Practical stint on organic farm or production site
  • In-depth product knowledge of organic & Alnatura ranges
  • Sales tasks: stocking, presentation, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
  • Store management: ordering, stocktake, marketing, staff scheduling
• 1-year upgrade to Certified Retail Management Specialist
  • Early leadership responsibility
• Bonus certificate: „Organic Food Specialist“ (year 3)
• Bonus qualification: Trainer aptitude AEVO (year 3)
