Training location: Reutlingen, Obere Wässere 3-7
Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days per year
Training allowance: min. €1,290 in year 1, €1,420 in year 2; from year 3 regular employee salary plus Christmas and holiday bonus

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Merchant (requirement: min. technical college entrance qualification)
  • Theatre workshop “Culture Adventure”
  • Practical experience on an organic farm or in an organic production facility
  • Comprehensive knowledge of organic products & Alnatura range
  • Sales tasks: stocking and presentation, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
  • Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing campaigns, staff scheduling
• 1-year further training as Retail Management Specialist with early leadership responsibility
• Additional qualification “Organic Retail Specialist” (year 3)
• Trainer aptitude certificate according to AEVO (year 3)
