Your responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify new hardware (inverters, battery storage, wall-boxes) including risk analyses and integration tests
• Plan and supervise comprehensive functional and quality tests with external labs; ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Integrate new hardware seamlessly into installation and mounting processes
• Help design and improve the approval workflow for new suppliers and products together with SCM, Procurement and IPEX
• Continuously advance our AC installation standards in close cooperation with the QM installation team

Your profile

• Degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical field
• Experience in quality management or hardware integration, ideally in renewables or photovoltaics
• Sound knowledge of risk analyses, supplier qualification and process optimisation
• Experience working with external test labs and familiarity with validation & certification procedures
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to external partners
• Structured, proactive and team-oriented with a strong quality mind-set
• Excellent command of German and English
