Responsibilities

• Book AP invoices and expense claims for EcoVadis entities (Poland and global)
• Monitor invoice payment deadlines, prepare & control payment execution
• Book bank statements (outgoing payments only)
• Clear AP accounts and follow up on open items
• Prepare and post journal entries including prepayments, cash reports, accruals, payroll
• Participate in month-end closing & GL activities
• Cooperate with external accountants and respond to vendor inquiries
• Participate in annual audits and preparation of financial statements
• Prepare statistical reports (e.g. for Central Statistical Office/National Bank of Poland)
• Coordinate with external tax advisors on local taxes

Qualifications

• 4 years of accounting experience, including knowledge of Polish GAAP
• Professional proficiency in Polish and English
• Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional certification
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel), ERP experience preferred
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to collaborate effectively and openness to automation & AI

Hybrid work in Warsaw (4 days per month in office), permanent contract. Salary range shared after skills assessment.
