Your responsibilities

Ensure and monitor compliance with legal requirements and perform duties as a certified occupational safety specialist
Advise management, team leaders and employees on occupational health & safety and accident prevention
Create and regularly update risk assessments, work and operating instructions together with specialist departments
Organise and conduct ASA meetings, safety trainings and courses (first aider, fire safety officer)
Record and analyse workplace accidents and develop and track preventive and corrective actions

Your profile

Completed technical vocational training as master craftsperson/technician, degree in safety engineering or comparable technical qualification
Certified occupational safety specialist according to § 7 ASiG (mandatory)
Desirable: additional qualification as fire safety officer
Proficient in conducting risk assessments with practical experience in OHS implementation
Strong communication skills, solution-oriented mindset, high sense of responsibility
Excellent German plus MS Office skills, ideally SAP
