Within the OF Service Technology organization you will apply your cybersecurity management skills to deliver flexible, responsive security tasks that fulfil both present and future customer contracts.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Run day-to-day cybersecurity operations, monitoring and customer response
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures and best practices
• Administer security tools such as SIEM, firewalls and endpoint protection
• Produce various cybersecurity reports to drive customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve and update reporting
• Implement cybersecurity contracts and smooth customer onboarding
• Work with auditors, customers and regulators to achieve compliance
• Lead and mentor cybersecurity teams including analysts and customer managers
• Help develop security-awareness training programmes for employees
• Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats and technologies

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or similar plus some experience in cybersecurity for wind turbines, wind power plants or comparable electrical equipment
• Experience in validation or certification processes
• Understanding of common cybersecurity frameworks (NERC-CIP, IEC 62351/62443)
• Working knowledge of industrial control systems (servers, PLCs, SCADA, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to collaborate with international teams and operate across different corporate cultures
