We combine regional craftsmanship with scalable software to integrate solar, storage, heat pumps and e-mobility into one intelligent system. By 2030 we aim to transition 1.5 million households to renewables.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize operational processes: build dashboards, reporting and KPI tracking
• Support rollout of new processes and tools: prepare, test, implement and document
• Drive operational initiatives in defined projects from concept to success measurement
• Hands-on testing on site, gather feedback and improve processes
• Align with stakeholders (Operations, Tech, Product, Finance) to ensure smooth workflows

Your profile

• 1–4 years of experience in an operational environment (consulting, startup, scale-up)
• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field
• Hands-on mentality and genuine interest in continuous process improvement
• Experience with BI and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar); confident handling of KPIs, dashboards and data-driven recommendations
• Strong analytical and communication skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel occasionally to our locations
