Your responsibilities

Central point of contact and solution-oriented link between installation teams, sales and customers
Ownership of smooth order processing from planning to final execution
Coordination of project progress, material deliveries and overall logistics
Scheduling of installations with consistent, professional customer communication
Support in project planning, preparation of installation documents and general project handling
Active contribution to increasing customer satisfaction and referral rates

Your profile

Professional experience in project coordination, customer service or dispatch, ideally with interest in technology and renewable energy
Structured, self-reliant and meticulous working style with high quality standards
Strong communication skills and distinct service orientation
High digital affinity and quick grasp of new software
Team spirit, motivation and drive to create impact together
Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
