Retail Management Trainee (m/f/d) – Freudenstadt 2026

During your three-year trainee programme at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of the store – from goods receipt and customer consulting to checkout operations. You will take on your own day-to-day tasks, advise customers on organic products and actively support the fruit & vegetable, cheese and fresh-food counters, bistro and back office.

Your responsibilities

• Attractive presentation of premium organic food
• Comprehensive, friendly customer advice
• Checkout operations and balancing
• Implementation of promotional activities and seasonal displays
• Ordering, receiving, quality control and storage of goods
• Assisting with sales campaigns and seasonal merchandising

What you bring

• Good school-leaving certificate, preferably intermediate level
• Enjoy dealing with people and strong service orientation
• Excellent manners and team spirit
• Commitment, sense of responsibility and interest in organic products
