Retail Management Apprenticeship – Füssen (2026)

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of our store – from goods receipt and cashiering to expert customer advice on organic products. You present products attractively, support ordering, storage and promotional activities and actively sell at the cheese and bakery counters as well as in the bistro. Together with the team you plan and implement promotions and seasonal displays.

Your responsibilities:

• Attractive presentation of premium organic food
• Comprehensive, friendly customer service
• Cashiering and till reconciliation
• Implementing marketing campaigns
• Organising ordering, goods receipt, quality checks and storage
• Participating in sales promotions and seasonal merchandising

What you bring:

• Good school-leaving certificate (ideally intermediate)
• Enjoy dealing with people and strong team spirit
• Interest in organic and natural products
