Retail Sales Apprenticeship – Gauting (2026)

During your three-year retail sales apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will gain comprehensive knowledge of all store areas: from goods receipt and storage to checkout, customer consultation, promotional activities and seasonal campaigns. You will present organic products attractively, advise customers competently, organise ordering processes and support seasonal placements. Working responsibly within the team, you will independently handle tasks across grocery, fresh-food, bistro and back-office sections.

Your responsibilities

• Attractive presentation of premium organic food

• Cashiering and cash reconciliation
• Support of advertising and marketing measures
• Order organisation, goods receipt, quality control and storage
• Participation in sales promotions and seasonal displays

Your profile

• Good school performance, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy dealing with people and excellent manners
• Strong team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
