Apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant – Halle-Ludwig-Wucherer-Straße (2026)

During your apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant you will rotate through all areas of our Denns BioMarkt store. From goods receiving and creating attractive displays to advising customers expertly on organic products, you will gain a complete overview of organic retailing. Your duties include operating the checkout, supporting marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions, monitoring ordering, storage and quality processes, and working at the cheese and bakery counters as well as in the bistro and back office.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of organic food
• Competent and friendly customer advice
• Operating the checkout and cash reconciliation
• Implementing marketing measures
• Ordering, goods receiving, quality control and warehousing
• Supporting sales campaigns and seasonal placements

• Good school-leaving qualifications, preferably intermediate secondary education
