Retail Apprenticeship / Trainee – BioMarkt Herzogenaurach (2026)

During your 3-year retail apprenticeship (industrial clerk training) you will rotate through every area of our Denns BioMarkt store, from ordering and presenting premium organic produce to advising customers on certified organic products and running the checkout. You will also gain hands-on experience in our in-store bakery and cheese counter, bistro and back office to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of high-quality organic goods
• Friendly, expert customer service
• Goods receiving, storage and preparation for sale
• Operating the tills and cash reconciliation
• Implementation of promotional campaigns
