Retail Management Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Kiel Saarbrückenstraße (2026)

During your three-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt in Kiel-Saarbrückenstraße you will rotate through all operational areas: from goods-in and professional storage to attractive shelf presentation and expert customer advice on organic food. You will learn to plan orders, handle cash and promotional processes confidently, and help design seasonal campaigns. In addition to the sales floor you will work at the bakery and cheese counter, in the bistro and back office. Your solid numeracy skills and communicative nature will help you identify individual customer needs and recommend suitable products from our organic range.

Your tasks:

• Presentation and maintenance of the organic range
• Customer consultation and active sales
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• Inventory management: ordering, receiving, checking, storing
• Sales-promoting measures and promotional placements
• Assistance with stocktaking and profitability analyses

What you bring:

• at least intermediate school-leaving certificate with good grades in German and mathematics
• Enjoy dealing with people and a strong service orientation

• Interest in organic products and sustainable consumption
