Retail Sales Apprenticeship – Cologne Bergisch Gladbacher Str. (2026)

During your three-year retail apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department of our store – from shelf stocking and cheese & bakery counters to bistro and back office. You will master the complete merchandise management cycle: ordering, receiving, checking and storing organic products. Cash handling, promotional activities and seasonal campaigns are part of the programme, as well as advising customers expertly on organic and sustainable products.

Your tasks

• Attractive presentation and maintenance of our organic ranges
• Expert, friendly customer consultation
• Cashier duties and cash reconciliation
• Implementation of marketing and promotional measures
• Ordering, goods-in checks, quality control and storage
• Supporting sales promotions and seasonal placements
