Retail Management Apprenticeship – Ludwigsburg (2026)

During your three-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of the store – from goods-in and customer consultation to checkout and back office. You will attractively present organic foods, confidently advise customers on natural products, organize orders and actively promote items at the cheese, bakery and bistro counters. Together with your team you will plan promotions, seasonal displays and marketing activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Your tasks

• Attractive presentation of premium organic foods
• Comprehensive, friendly customer consultation
• Cashier duties and till reconciliation
• Organization of ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Support of marketing measures, sales campaigns and seasonal placements

• Good school record, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
