Apprenticeship as Retail Clerk – Organic Sector (2026), Nuremberg-Hainstraße

During the 3-year retail clerk apprenticeship at Denns Biomarkt you will rotate through every department: goods-in, warehouse, sales floor, checkout, fresh counters (bakery, cheese), bistro and back office. You learn to present organic produce attractively, advise customers competently on product and sustainability questions, and support marketing campaigns. Requirements: good school grades, enjoyment of customer contact, strong team spirit and interest in organic products.

Your tasks

• Presenting and maintaining our premium organic range
• Providing knowledgeable, friendly customer service
• Receiving, storing and preparing goods for sale
• Operating the checkout and balancing the till
• Implementing promotions and marketing activities
