Retail Management Apprenticeship – Paderborn (2026)

Over 3.5 years you will discover every area of our organic supermarket – from goods receipt and customer advice to checkout. You present organic foods, give competent advice on natural products, manage orders and support promotions. You will work across produce shelves, cheese & bakery counters, bistro and back office to ensure smooth daily operations.

Your tasks

• appealing presentation of organic foods
• comprehensive, friendly customer advice
• cashiering and cash reconciliation
• implementing marketing activities
• organising orders, receiving, checking and storing goods
• supporting sales campaigns and seasonal placements
