Apprenticeship as Retail Management Assistant (m/f/d) – Schwabach (2026)

During your apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will gradually get to know every area of your store – from the checkout and stock management to advising customers on organic products. You actively support your team in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth processes and an attractive product presentation.

Your tasks

• Arranging and attractively presenting our organic food
• Customer advice and friendly service at the checkout
• Ordering, receiving, checking and correctly storing goods
• Helping to organise promotions and seasonal displays

What you bring

• Good school leaving certificate, preferably intermediate
• Enjoy dealing with people and strong team skills
• Interest in organic and natural products
• Commitment, sense of responsibility and high service orientation
