Retail Apprenticeship – Wiesbaden-Borsigstraße (2026)

During your 3-year retail apprenticeship you will discover every area of our organic supermarket – from stock management and customer consultation to checkout operations. You present organic foods attractively, advise customers competently, organise orders, receive goods and support promotional campaigns and seasonal displays. You will also work at the bakery and cheese counters, in the bistro and in the back office, applying your knowledge of organic products directly in customer conversations.

Your tasks:

• Presenting and maintaining premium organic products
• Competent, friendly customer consultation
• Operating the checkout and balancing the till
• Implementing marketing activities
• Organising ordering, goods receipt, checking and storage
• Supporting sales promotions and seasonal placements

What you bring:

• Good school record, ideally intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy dealing with people
• Excellent manners and team spirit
• Commitment, sense of responsibility and interest in organic/natural products
