Training location: Berlin-Frohnau, Ludolfingerplatz 8/8a
Working hours: 37.5 hrs/week full-time
Holiday: 36 days/year
Training allowance (minimum, varies by federal state):

• Year 1: €1,190/month
• Year 2: €1,290/month
• Year 3: €1,420/month (retail merchant only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

Your experience with us

• Theatre workshop "Adventure Culture"
• Hands-on experience on an organic farm or in organic production
• Comprehensive knowledge of organic products & Alnatura range
• Classic sales tasks: stocking, presentation, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management tasks: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff scheduling
