Working hours: 37.5 hrs/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year

Training allowance (monthly gross, at least):

• Year 1: 1,190 €
• Year 2: 1,290 €
• Year 3: 1,420 € (retail merchant apprentices only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

• Practical work on organic farms or in organic production
