Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days per year

Training allowance (monthly gross, from the first year of training):

• 1st year: €1,190
• 2nd year: €1,290
• 3rd year: €1,420 (retail merchant apprentices only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from the first year

Your experience with us

• Theatre workshop “Adventure Culture”
• Practical experience on an organic farm or in an organic production facility
• Comprehensive knowledge of organic products and the Alnatura range
• Classic retail tasks: stocking and presenting goods, freshness checks, cashiering and customer advice
• Store management tasks: ordering goods, inventory, marketing campaigns and staff scheduling
