What you will learn

• You will rotate through all key departments such as operations and logistics and actively design your training by choosing your preferred sections.
• From day one you will be involved in daily operations, e.g. in scheduling and pricing of transport and logistics services.
• You will get to know our complete range of services, from waste collection to recycling within the entire material loop.
• The programme lasts 3 years, with the option to shorten it to 2.5 years.

Your profile

• Higher education entrance qualification (A-levels) or good intermediate school leaving certificate
• Strong interest in sustainability and logistics
• Enjoy working on business processes and in project teams
• Excellent communication skills, organisational talent and sense of responsibility
