Vocational Training Coach / Instructor (f/m/d) Electrical Engineering

Employment type: Full-time / fixed-term for 2 years

Your scope of duties

You accompany trainees and dual students in electrical engineering throughout their entire training – both professionally and personally. You plan and deliver practice-oriented learning content, moderate projects and document learning progress. You impart methodological and social skills, evaluate new technologies and apply digital learning formats in a targeted manner. Administrative training processes, cross-disciplinary projects and advanced technical courses complete your range of tasks.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as electronics technician, mechatronics technician or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in the commissioning of electrical systems and machinery; trainer aptitude certificate (AdA) advantageous
• Sound knowledge of automation and operating technology as well as control cabinet construction
• Openness to digitalization and new teaching & learning methods
• Enthusiasm for working with young people and young adults
• Strong communication skills, self-initiative and ability to work in a team
