Your Responsibilities

• Results-oriented leadership of the Stuttgart region through professional and personal employee care
• Professional support of store managers in specialist and leadership matters to further develop the company
• Analysis of internal KPIs and processes to identify and implement improvement potential

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in food retail or degree in business administration
• Several years of sales and management experience in food retail plus confident handling of KPIs
• Communicative, goal-oriented personality with entrepreneurial mindset
• Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools
• Passion for organic food and sustainability
