Your Day With Us

Join our Compression Regional Service Sales team at Siemens Energy TI Compression as a Client Manager.

We support more than 100 customers across the Oil & Gas, chemical and industrial sectors with compressor service requirements. You will contribute to exciting service and modernization projects that drive the energy transition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

· Proactively prospect the compression service market to generate new leads and convert opportunities.

· Represent Siemens Energy in customer negotiations and pre-contract dealings.

· Deliver forecasting, reporting and win-loss analysis to meet annual sales targets for compression services in India.

· Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.

· Develop capture plans per customer by analyzing needs, applications, competitive landscape and value-based pricing.

· Understand customer decision processes and position Siemens Energy ahead of competitors.

· Manage opportunities in Salesforce with regular updates and management reviews.

· Achieve quarterly and annual order-entry targets for the region.

What You Bring

· Proven track record selling compression or rotating-equipment services in complex markets.

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and ≥10 years in the energy industry, including ≥5 years in sales/business development.

· Strong turbomachinery knowledge; technical understanding of industrial compressors preferred.

· Business-fluent English (written and spoken).

· Willingness to travel.
