Commodity Manager / Procurement Manager

Your Role

As Commodity Manager you manage the global procurement of cast and coated turbine blades for aeroderivative gas turbines. You develop sourcing strategies, negotiate framework agreements and ensure delivery capability, quality and cost competitiveness.

• Build and maintain a high-performance supplier network, contract negotiations and price optimization
• Strategic sourcing projects from demand analysis to contract signature, TC analysis and business cases
• Close collaboration with R&D, quality and production to achieve cost and innovation targets
• Lead complex procurement projects and report to senior management

Your Profile

• University degree (business or mechanical engineering) and several years of experience in strategic procurement of complex components for plant or aerospace industries
• Sound knowledge of framework contracts, INCOTERMS and risk management, strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Hardware affinity (casting, coating, machining), ideally experience with turbine blades or similar high-performance parts
• SAP skills and advanced MS Office user knowledge
• Fluent English and French, willingness to travel internationally approx. 20 %
