Job Description

Support tendering & subcontracting and sourcing strategy for renewable gas projects, including market research analysis:

- Develop Local network and panel of suppliers and contractors for Construction lots and frameworks

- Support & preparation and issue of RFQ’s (Request for Quotations) for installation and site procurement lots including analysis of received offers, review subcontract proposal evaluations

- Direct commercial administration of site & installation lots including costs forecast and purchase orders follow-up

- Participates in developing related procedures & process improvements within overall function,

- Ensures effectiveness and efficiency through adherence to tendering and subcontracting processes

Qualifications

- Technical education with the commercial and market experience (tendering, procurement, commercial department), min 5 years of experience from technical industry (power, industry,

- Knowledge of Sourcing, Bidding and Category Management

- Knowledge of eProcurement solutions and ERP systems

- Negotiation, team-working and analytical skills

- Understanding of supply contract law (Italian, Swiss & Anglo Saxon)

- Fluent in English, Italian and any other language will be considered a plus
