Customer Success Coordinator - German Speaker

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Coordinator you will support our customers in implementing their sustainability programmes and guide them in aligning their processes sustainably. Your tasks include:

• Supporting customers in programme implementation and creating communication materials for internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Conducting training sessions for relevant customer stakeholders
• Answering operational customer enquiries by e-mail or phone
• Supporting the monitoring of KPIs and goal achievement
• Increasing acceptance of the subscribed solutions within the customer stakeholder circle
• Representing the customer voice within EcoVadis to continuously develop our tools and processes

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in large-customer support in a dynamic environment
• Degree with a focus on sustainability, supply chain or business administration preferred
• Professional German and English language skills; Polish skills an advantage
• Analytical skills and high attention to detail, good Excel skills
• Confident use of presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Experience with G-Suite, Salesforce or Wrike an advantage
• Ability to work independently, effective time management and clear prioritisation

Offer: Only for candidates eligible to work and live in Poland. Hybrid work in Warsaw, employment contract. Salary range will be shared after the technical assessment.
