Delivery Manager-New Equipment Aeroderivative Gas Turbine

A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Portfolio Delivery Manager, your day will involve close interactions between project execution Sales & Operations Planning, as well as the functions within the product portfolio, including Engineering, Purchasing & Supply-Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance. You'll support bids with project planning.

You'll monitor and manage the flow-down of customers and project requirements across all relevant internal teams to guarantee a cohesive approach to product delivery. Additionally, you'll program manage the launch and delivery of each new unit gas turbines and additional scopes in-line with the overall project, being an integral part of the overall delivery program management from within the product line. You'll manage all communication regarding delivery commitments and updates, as well as external customer visits to the plant.

Your financial management responsibilities will include supporting issue of the semi-annual product intercompany price list, ensuring alignment with corporate pricing strategies and market conditions, and consolidating and reporting cost-out initiatives to enhance profitability and reduce product costs. Each day, you'll bridge the gap between technical teams and customers, ensuring that our products meet high standards and customer expectations, contributing significantly to Siemens Energy's mission of sustainable, reliable, and affordable energy.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Serve as the interface between the new-unit business and the functions within the product line (Sales & Operations Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain)
• Develop product configuration requirements in collaboration with engineering, production, and quality teams.
• Monitor and manage the flow-down of customer and project requirements across all relevant internal teams.
• Lead the launch and delivery of each new unit gas turbines and additional scopes in-line with the overall project.
• Oversee all external communication regarding delivery commitments and updates and all external customer visits to the plant. Additionally, develop and issue the semi-annual product intercompany price list.
• Consolidate and report cost-out initiatives to enhance profitability and reduce product costs.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in Project Management, supply chain management, bid support, and product configuration.
• Strong skills in managing the flow-down of customer and project requirements.
• Proven ability to program manages the launch and delivery of new unit gas turbines and additional scopes.
• Experience with Enterprise tools such as SAP and PLM
• Excellent communication skills to manage internal/external communication and customer visits.
• Strong financial management skills to develop and issue product intercompany price lists and report cost-out initiatives.
• A proactive and strategic mindset, with a passion for ensuring seamless product delivery and financial alignment.

This position can be in a French-speaking environment but requires fluency in English to comprehend documentation and technical terms from international sources, and to communicate with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
