Digitalization, AI & Operational Excellence Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Role in a Nutshell

Help us build a brand-new Repair Center in Linz. As Senior Specialist you will define and roll out the digitalization strategy, establish process excellence, and lay the foundations for AI, machine learning and digital-twin technologies. From day one you will drive the use of digital tools and data to achieve operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Set up and map processes during the center’s ramp-up phase
  • Identify, evaluate and implement digital solutions that boost transparency, quality and productivity
  • Integrate AI, ML and digital-twin concepts into operations and predictive-maintenance strategies
  • Align with cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, operations, quality); define KPIs, data pipelines and dashboards
  • Act as the Repair Center’s digitalization interface to the global network
  • Drive continuous-improvement through Lean/Six Sigma and foster an innovation culture

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering or similar
  • Several years of experience in digital transformation, operational excellence or smart manufacturing
  • Proven track record in process optimization and deploying digital solutions in production or service environments
  • Solid knowledge of AI/ML, data analytics, digital twins and low-code platforms
  • Experience with process mapping, Lean/Six Sigma and project management
  • Fluent German and English

Minimum salary according to the Austrian electrical & electronics industry CBA: € 52,853.80 gross/year (38.5 h/week). Higher remuneration based on qualification and experience.
