Dispatcher (m/f/d)

As a dispatcher (m/f/d) you will organise our regional truck fleet. The role is available part-time (min. 30 hrs/week) or full-time.

Your tasks

• Daily efficient and sustainable route planning for vehicles and staff.
• Ensure smooth waste-collection operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Accept and record new orders and decide on available capacities.
• Continuously improve route planning.
• First point of contact for professional drivers (m/f/d) and loaders (m/f/d).
• Manage operational targets: optimal fleet utilisation, staff deployment, employee satisfaction and compliance with legal and safety requirements.

Your profile

• Completed training e.g. as a freight-forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification (e.g. transport management specialist).
• Entrepreneurial thinking, teamwork, leadership skills and strong communication.
• Experience in a similar role or in the waste industry preferred.
• Knowledge of transport law welcome.
• Good local knowledge of the region.
