Are you about to graduate from high school, passionate about organic products and natural cosmetics?

Your responsibilities

Over three years you will alternate between theoretical and practical phases, preparing you optimally for a career in modern organic food retail. At DHBW Heilbronn your curriculum combines 70 % business administration and 30 % nutrition-specific content. Each three-month theory block is followed by a practical phase where you immediately apply your knowledge in various departments of our branches and Denns organic supermarkets, as well as at our headquarters in Töpen. After successful graduation we offer you a direct entry position in Category Management.

• General or subject-linked university entrance qualification*
• Enthusiasm for organic food and natural cosmetics
• Interest in taking responsibility for assortment design and selection, ready for new challenges
• Mobility, flexibility and willingness to travel
• Strong customer focus, team spirit and excellent communication skills

(*admission test at DHBW may be required)
