Join us in shaping the future of energy! As an Electrical Planner, you will contribute to innovative projects in secondary systems engineering for substations and power plants. We value diversity and collaboration, and we welcome your unique expertise.
What you will do:
Create and maintain electrical plans and schematics (2D/3D).
Coordinate, supervise, and ensure quality in cabinet production with our Romanian partners.
Perform engineering and configuration tasks for station and field-level systems.
Develop process and retrofit plans, sectional drawings, and installation plans.
Manage technical databases and libraries for operational equipment.
Support the introduction of new planning methods in 3D (BIM methodology).
What you bring & who you are:
Degree in electrical engineering (university of applied sciences, technical school, or equivalent).
Professional experience in secondary systems engineering for substations or power plants.
Expertise in engineering control and secondary systems in substations or power plants.
Proficiency in CAE/CAD tools, ideally EPlan and EngineeringBase.
Experience in 3D modeling of secondary systems is a plus.
Strong skills in MS Office 365 and familiarity with BIM methodology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
Skilled in virtual collaboration using Teams and cloud services.
Independent, systematic, and methodical approach with a focus on costs and deadlines.
Team-oriented, reliable, and goal-driven mindset.
About the team:You’ll work directly with the secondary technology project lead based in Switzerland and support the broader project team, primarily in Switzerland. Collaboration spans across engineering, sales, and procurement departments. Occasional travel to Switzerland (2–3 days per quarter, or up to 30 days annually for project-specific needs) ensures seamless teamwork.
