Electronics / Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) for Wind Turbines

Deutsche Windtechnik specialises in the maintenance, repair and optimisation of onshore wind turbines. With more than 2,300 employees we service 7,600 wind farms worldwide and actively drive the energy transition forward.

Your tasks

  • Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections and fault resolution on wind turbines (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic)
  • Replace and refurbish defective components
  • Record all work accurately in our ERP system
  • Maintain close communication within the team and with dispatch
  • Participate in paid on-call rota to keep turbines running 24/7

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training as electronics or mechatronics technician (or comparable)
  • Knowledge of control & automation technology, hydraulics, power electronics and mechanics
  • Head for heights, physically fit and good German language skills (min. B2) for work at height
  • Driving licence (class 3/BE advantageous); willing to travel regionally
  • Team player, reliable and with a strong safety mindset
