Your day-to-day
No two days are the same: in this varied role you support our customers on site. As an Electronics/Mechatronics Field Service Technician (f/m/d) focused on high-voltage switchgear, you will help expand the power grid and boost customer satisfaction – a key factor in Siemens Energy’s success.

Assembly of air- and gas-insulated switchgear up to 380 kV
Installation and service work in substations, temporary site management
Mounting and wiring of protection and control units
Connection of control cables, fault finding and rectification
Maintenance of high-voltage switchgear

What you bring

Vocational training in electrical engineering or mechatronics
Practical service experience preferred
Class B driving licence
Business-fluent German, English is a plus
Willingness to travel (company car provided) and strong teamwork
