Solar PV Electrician

Your role

• Install and commission solar PV modules, inverters and wallbox components for domestic decarbonisation.
• Ensure every job meets quality, safety and regulatory standards on time.
• Keep accurate records and communicate with Operations and suppliers for rapid issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot and fix installation problems quickly and safely.
• Help make green energy affordable and accessible to Italian households.

Requirements

• Background as electrician or PV installer.
• Skilled use of installation tools and electrical techniques.
• Proven experience, preferably in solar or related energy sectors.
• Solid technical knowledge of PV systems: design basics, install, maintenance, fault-finding.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Customer-focused mindset and enthusiasm for Octopus Energy’s green mission.
• MS Office literacy and appetite for continuous learning in a dynamic environment.
