Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• On-boarding of apprentices (m/f/d) and new employees (m/f/d)
• Conducting inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of your store

Your profile

• Completed training as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in grocery retail, ideally with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and a feel for customer needs
• Initial experience in team-oriented management of employees (m/f/d), e.g. as shift supervisor (m/f/d) or daily deputy (m/f/d)
• Self-initiative and sense of responsibility
