Store Manager (m/f/d) - Dillingen

Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management, rostering and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting inventories and maintaining range-focused product presentation
• Ensuring a flawless store appearance

Your Profile

• Vocational training as retail merchant (food) or several years of grocery retail experience, preferably in organic products
• Interest in organic food, enjoyment of sales and strong customer focus
• Initial leadership experience (e.g. shift manager, daily deputy)
• Self-initiative and sense of responsibility
