Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management and scheduling
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting inventories
• Product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable store appearance

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in grocery retail, preferably organic
• Passion for organic food
• Enjoy selling and strong customer focus
• First leadership experience (e.g. shift supervisor or deputy)
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
