Store Manager (m/f/d) – Heppenheim

Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management
• Staff deployment and holiday scheduling
• On-boarding of trainees and new employees
• Performing stock-takes
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring a flawless appearance of the store

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, ideally with a focus on organic products
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and an understanding of customer needs
• Initial experience in team-oriented leadership, e.g. as shift supervisor or daily deputy
• Self-initiative and sense of responsibility
