Store Manager (m/f/d) – Leipzig-Höfe am Brühl

Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management and development
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of the store

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, preferably with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and a flair for customer needs
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift supervisor or daily deputy
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
