Your Tasks

• Team-oriented staff management
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an immaculate appearance of your store

Your Profile

• Completed training as retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in grocery retail, ideally with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and a sense for customer needs
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift supervisor or acting manager
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
