Energy Advisor (Valencia)

Your responsibilities

You advise customers by phone and email on all energy matters and handle their requests independently. As part of the Operations team you are the heart of the company, delivering first-class service with plenty of OctoLove. Every case is processed end-to-end by you – we don’t bounce callers around. You learn something new every day and are supported by a highly motivated team.

What you bring

• At least 1 year of experience in telephone customer service
• Customer-first mindset, patience and empathy
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
• English skills are a plus

What we offer

• Location: Valencia, hybrid
• Working hours: 40 h/week, full-time
• Salary: €19,000 gross per year (≈ €1,583 per month)
• Flexible shift options: choose weekend work (Fri–Sun, min. 2 days) or standard week (Mon–Thu 9–18:30, Fri 9–15)
